Summer 2026 – Piano Inspires Events

Reinvigorate your teaching this summer through the Piano Inspires Discussion Groups! Join these interactive sessions to refresh your teaching, reconnect with colleagues, and dive deeper into the research and practice of piano pedagogy.

Led by Dr. Rebecca Pennington and Dr. Carla Salas-Ruiz, these groups are designed to spark discussion, reflection, and community among teachers at all stages of their careers.

These interactive discussions may be attended in person at The New School for Music Study in Kingston, NJ, a division of The Frances Clark Center, in a hybrid format, or live online from anywhere in the world.

Additional opportunities invite participants to further personalize their learning experience through Mentor Connections, one-on-one sessions designed to support continued growth and reflection, as well as Applied Piano Lessons with 30-, 45-, or 60-minute lesson options offered both in person and online.

Certificates of completion will be provided to attendees.
