The Innovation Engagement Series is a continuation of the inspiring conversations and bold ideas sparked at the 2025 Innovation Summit. Led by Dr. Leah Claiborne, this series explores how music educators can create meaningful, inclusive, and culturally responsive programs that extend beyond the studio or classroom. NCKP Summit

The 2025 Innovation Summit, presented by the Frances Clark Center, convened approximately 415 professionals representing a wide spectrum of the piano teaching field—including new professionals, independent studio teachers, academic leaders, and industry partners. Under the leadership of CEO Dr. Jennifer Snow and Innovation Summit Director Dr. Andrea McAlister, the event provided a focused environment for strategic thinking around the future of piano education.

Community Impact Grants Initiative

The Frances Clark Center is pleased to announce the launch of the Community Impact Grants Initiative supporting innovative and transformative work in piano education. The Community Impact Grants Initiative is designed to amplify and support the innovative work of piano teachers and organizations by providing funding for projects that impact the community, advance community causes, and provide representation and accessibility in music education. Grants will be awarded to individual, collaborative groups, and non-profit organizations working to create positive change in their communities through piano education.
