Step 2: Rehearsal Availability – Required

Book a rehearsal for the week preceding the webinar air date. These short rehearsals with your webinar tech will allow you to gain familiarity with the webinar platform, practice using slides and/or videos, and see how the chat features work. Webinar coordinator Michaela Boros or your webinar tech will reach out via webinars@francesclarkcenter.org to schedule a rehearsal time from the following options:

• Tuesdays, 10:00-10:30 AM Eastern
• Tuesdays, 10:30-11:00 AM Eastern
• Thursdays, 11:00-11:30 AM Eastern
• Thursdays, 11:30 AM-12:00 PM Eastern
