The Frances Clark Center invites you to be an exhibitor at The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025, July 23-26, 2025 at the beautiful Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois and at the NCKP 2025 Online Event, June 7-8, 2025. Join us in reaching over 1,000 independent and institutionally affiliated piano educators from around the country and internationally.

Exhibit booth space and showcases are limited. We encourage early reservations to guarantee space. Exhibitor and showcase reservation deadline is Friday, November 29, 2024, 11:59pm PST.

Showcases and Private Reservations

Four showcases and one piano-lab showcase will be presented concurrently during showcase hours and will be listed in the Conference Program Book. No other sessions will take place during showcase hours. Showcases can only be purchased with an Exhibit Hall Booth.

All showcase presenters will receive a rehearsal block prior to the time of showcase.

Exhibitor showcases are 50-min presentations of a commercial nature, perfect for the introduction or demonstration of products and services that are beneficial to music teachers.

Piano-lab showcases are 50-min presentations of a commercial nature hosted in the multi-station piano lab.

25 minutes in the piano lab during exhibit hall time. The multi-station piano lab can be used for demonstration purposes. Times will be assigned by the Frances Clark Center and included in the ‘booth schedule’ of the Exhibitor Profile.
