Join us for The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025 as we gather together in person and online. The Piano Conference seeks to explore the challenges and opportunities facing our international community at this inflection point for the profession.
Returning to the Westin Chicago Lombard Hotel (Lombard, IL), July 23-26, 2025, The Piano Conference includes an opening one-day summit that engages the full community in dialogue and collaboration around the future of piano education, and three days of selected conference sessions, keynotes, concerts, and curated PEDx. The conference will also include an online event on June 7-8, 2025 to facilitate broad and international access.

Full conference registration includes four days of engagement, including the summit, concerts, keynotes, PEDx presentations, and more, as well as access to the online event and online event archives. Student, Single-Day, and Online-Only registration options are also available.

Hotel Information
The Piano Conference will return to the beautiful Westin Chicago Lombard Hotel in Illinois. The hotel is the hub of NCKP 2025 in-person conference with immediate access to the conference program, exhibit hall, social events, and networking with colleagues.
Please support The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025 by staying in the conference hotel. NCKP 2025 is required to meet a specific number of hotel rooms and unfilled rooms result in greatly increased costs for the organization. We appreciate your support in making this conference a success.

NCKP Support Fund
The NCKP Support Fund provides financial assistance for NCKP 2025 registration through Student Scholarships and Colleague Grants. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of May 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific.
