The Inaugural Innovation Summit at The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025

As part of The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025, the inaugural Innovation Summit on the Future of Piano Education brought together more than 400 educators, artists, and leaders for a day of collaboration and shared vision. Guided by CEO Dr. Jennifer Snow and Summit Director Dr. Andrea McAlister, participants explored emerging ideas shaping the field through creative exchange, open discussion, and collective purpose.

The Summit featured a keynote by Randall Faber, facilitation by Jarrell McAlister, and real-time visual documentation by graphic facilitator Peter Durand. Throughout the day, participants collaborated across higher education, independent teaching, and new professional sectors, addressing the challenges and opportunities transforming piano education.

The experience strengthened collaboration and creativity across the profession, connecting teachers and leaders in shaping a shared vision for the future of piano education. It affirmed that innovation in teaching and artistry can inspire lasting change across the global community of educators.

The Innovation Summit was made possible through the generosity of donors and partners who believe in advancing the future of piano education. We are deeply grateful for their vision and support, which made these transformative conversations possible.
