Biography
As a Performing Artist, Pedagogue and Activist, Heather Hancock is passionate about the intersection of artistry and social justice. She completed her DMA (Piano Performance) at The University of Georgia in 2025. Her research explores solo piano works that directly engage social justice issues. Currently, Heather is an Assistant Professor of Music at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA.
