Cindy Sang is an incoming first-year PhD student in historical musicology at Columbia University. Her primary research focuses on music, race, and transnationalism in Central and Eastern Europe. Cindy is also an avid pianist and holds B.M. in piano performance and musicology, with Highest Honors, from the University of Michigan.
