The Frances Clark Center invites you to be an exhibitor at The Piano Conference: NCKP 2027, July 28-31, 2027 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois and at the NCKP 2027 International Online Event, June 11-13, 2027. Showcases and Private Reservations

Four showcases and one piano-lab showcase will be presented concurrently during showcase hours and will be listed in the Conference Program Book. No other sessions will take place during showcase hours. Showcases can only be purchased with an Exhibit Hall Booth.

All showcase presenters will receive a rehearsal block prior to the time of showcase.

Showcases will be held on Thursday and Friday at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. There are only 20 conference-room showcase slots available.

Six 50-minute showcases, including one keyboard-lab showcase, will run simultaneously. Conference-room showcases are hosted in our large breakout rooms, with capacity ranging from 154-180 attendees.

Keyboard-lab showcases are hosted in our piano lab, with approximately 16 student keyboards and one master keyboard. Attendees are encouraged to participate in duos or trios to maximize attendance. There are only four keyboard-lab showcase slots available.

We are offering the opportunity to hold 25-minute showcases at our international online event in June. This highly-attended event includes our full-conference attendees and our additional international online community.

Five online showcases will be held simultaneously and archived for later viewing. Only ten slots are available.

Reserve a 25-minute timeslot in the keyboard lab to interact with attendees.

Program Book

These full-color, high-visibility advertisements will be printed in the conference program book and distributed to all in-person conference attendees. Additionally, they will be available on our site in pdf format in our archives.
