Full Conference registration includes four days of engaging concerts, keynotes, PEDx presentations, and more, as well as access to the online event. Student, Single-Day In Person, and Online Only registration options are also available.

Hotel Information
NCKP 2023 will return to the beautiful Westin Chicago Lombard Hotel in Illinois. The conference hotel is the hub of NCKP 2023 with immediate access to the conference program, exhibit hall, social events, and networking with colleagues.
Please support NCKP 2023 by staying in the conference hotel. NCKP is required to meet a specific number of hotel rooms and unfilled rooms result in greatly increased costs for the organization. We appreciate your support in making NCKP 2023: The Piano Conference a success.

Room reservations can be made online or via phone at 888-627-9031. Be sure to reference NCKP 2023 for the discounted rate.
Booking a room using the above link or phone number are the only methods guaranteed to result in an actual reservation. Neither the hotel nor NCKP have authorized any third-party agents to represent them in booking rooms for attendees.
Be aware of phone and email scams which target conference attendees with the promise of lower reservation rates. Reservations by other agents may be fraudulent and completely non-refundable. Please report any unauthorized solicitation to conference@francesclarkcenter.org.
NCKP Support Fund
The NCKP Support Fund provides financial assistance for NCKP 2023 registration through Student Scholarships and Colleague Grants.
NCKP Student Scholarships provide support for students and recent graduates (within 18 months). All those with financial need are encouraged to apply. Scholarships apply specifically to conference registration costs only.
Documentation of student status or graduation is required. Applications are reviewed as they are received.

NCKP Colleague Grants provide support for professionals who are experiencing economic hardship. Grants apply specifically to conference registration costs only.

El Fondo de apoyo de NCKP brinda asistencia financiera para el registro de NCKP 2023 a través de Becas para estudiantes y subvenciones para colegas.
