Announcing the Fall 2026 Digital Programming at The Frances Clark Center

We are excited to announce the Fall 2026 Community Events! Developed through our mission to inspire and support pianists and piano teachers around the world, our digital events will feature leading pedagogues and musicians with a variety of expertise. With topics ranging from studio management and leadership to new research and community impact, our digital programming offers something for everyone. Course discussion groups will provide a closer look into our courses on studio management, recreational music making, and beginning and intermediate-level piano teaching, all hosted by course creators and leading contributors. Peer Connections and Collegiate Connections will connect new professionals from the collegiate space to those with years of experience on topics around DEIA and leadership to listening and focus. Our international webinar series continues with global perspectives on piano teaching with a special focus on Asia and Southeast Asia. Further webinars include cutting-edge research, community building, and opportunities to remember legends of our field such as Marvin Blickenstaff. 

While our digital programming provides an opportunity to enrich your knowledge about piano performance and piano teaching best practices, our digital events also serve as an opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about inspiring the world through music. The piano is notoriously a lonely instrument, often requiring many hours of dedicated, solitary practice over decades to develop mastery and fluency. Piano teaching can be similarly isolating, but with the power of digital events, connections can be made with teachers and performers around the world. Attendees of our digital programming include pianists and piano teachers of all ages, backgrounds, and levels: from those just beginning to those who are looking to grow new skills and gain new perspectives, these events welcome all to discover insights from leading figures in the piano pedagogy and performance realm. 

Our digital programming events are free to subscribers of The Frances Clark Center, and for those who have not yet subscribed, the digital programming events will cost $5 per event.
